steps there is and get past step 1 and step 2 and then get 'fatal error' at step
3, asking me to try again later.
yes i have enough credits. i have, in fact, 111.36 credits.

to further illustrate my point, below are two screenshots of my wallpaper

basically i have made a wallpaper about a week ago [on tuesday] and have tried
to submit it ever since.
it isn't quite a problem about my wallpaper getting removed; i can't even get
past step 2 of the wallpaper submission process. i always get the page
'database' 'fatal error', asking me to try again later.
the problem is, i've tried at least about 3 times every day since last tuesday

the category that i'm trying to submit my wallpaper to is Black Cat. there have
been other submissions in that category recently; and im still unable to submit
my wallpaper -___-;
the character looks kinda.... too dark in colour [lighten it? adjust
saturation?] as though the character is sitting under a shade but there isn't a
tree/umbrella? behind......
the clouds/smoke? look kinda funny around the birds on the left because
technically, the birds are flying at a rather low level, much more close to land
than in the sky...
there's also this pink round sun [i assume its the sun since its behind the
clouds and its in the sky] looks odd there to me. mebbe you could do without...
that?
the overall bkgrd is nice but perhaps you could fix those......? =P

just some suggestions:
